My name is Dan Shoemaker and I am the broker and owner of EXIT On The Bay Realty. I assist real estate buyers and sellers in buying and selling homes throughout Cambridge, Church Creek, Fishing Creek, and the greater Dorchester County on Maryland's Eastern Shore. I specialize in waterfront and vacation properties on the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.

A Little Bit about Dan Shoemaker

Boating on the Chesapeake Bay ultimately led me to Dorchester County, where I have resided since 2002 on Hooper’s Island in Fishing Creek. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States as well as Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and I especially love the miles of waterfront and unique charm and character that make Dorchester County so special.

I am also an active member of the Dorchester County community. I serve as the trustee for Hoosier United Methodist Church in Fishing Creek. I am also a board member and active volunteer for the Richardson Maritime Museum in Cambridge.
